Wales deserves some systems!

I know this is an old thread, but has/did anything come of this?

If Scotland (British) and Ireland (One time British, British Isles) are part of Bretonia, then why isn't Wales at least represented as part of that?

I mean, it's already implied that 'Wales' continued to exist in some form by the remembrance and implementation of the Cardiff mining base.

It doesn't have to be large or anything, maybe a system like Edinburgh?
Caerdydd Newydd / New Cardiff?

Would give some of us Welshies a home base to dock with other than New London.
