Grave.Digger has been sanctioned owing to a report posted on the 15/12/2009 for:

3.3 Out-of-character (OOC) chat must not be used in system or local chat. OOC communication in group or private chat between players will cease if one player requests it. Admins are free to communicate with any player at any time.

Consequences: Fined all your money because fining 5 million of it wasn't possible

Notes: OOC for emergencies? Make any sense? No? Evidently we need to slap you about a bit until you recognise the importance of what I'm trying to tell you, if you have a problem with someone's lag, PM it to them, and do so politely. Oh and calling them a cheater is not good, when they aren't.
