How do i know this is Legit? I can't even view the report, sounds like someone wants me gone for a week, also i know i broke server rules on more than one occasion Lemme list em, attempted Dock kill on BoAn987 for killing me below lvl 30, using coarse lang against another player who is break RP and or ID rules, usage of coarse lang to another player who trys to pirate me with out the proper ID, use of coarse lang when other non RP kill me (say halt then don't give enough time to stop, more like Halt..bang bang), and lastly use of coarse lang after i give someone a commpliment and then they get bent out of shape and kill me for no apparent reason. i was non RP killed last night 4 times in 30 minutes no screens but it happened to alot of other people and do you seriously think i can take screens while im fighting for my life or am dead? no, im sorry i actually value my life. I notice you don't really enforce rules on favorite people either, when BoAn987 broke the rules and killed me when i was below lvl 30 Virus did nothing, i think thats when i started breaking more rules cuz no one did anything about the rules that were broke against me. I may not RP very much hardly at all, but it doesn't mean i go around cussing everyone out, sure i made my voice heard but something needs to be done about all the rule breaking, also these sanctions are too harsh for some things these people have done. Some great admins have authority over me because they use their powers wisely and they respect me so in turn i respect them and trust them with their authority. Some admins here i feel just have power, they do not command the same authority because they do not respect the players as people, basically power went to their head. But with this being said I know for a fact you are one that commands authority, therefore i will trust you with your power i just do not feel the same way about other admins, few of you are great, few are poor. I thought i would spread the word about this server but perhaps i may not, seeing the direct intervention in force for the most minor of disputes and the harsh repercussions of the tiniest rule bent not broken. Here is what happened to me with names of players and the rules they broke

Yeah but they usually either dont ban the person that did the wrong or ban the victim to get them to shut up.

Admins treat their friends like BoAn987 and let them go when they have clearly violated the rules (killing a player below lvl 30, non RP kill) and ignoring my case against him, Thank you Server Admin Virus.
1.6 Player who is violating a server rule can be warned in the game or on forums. If the player does not ignore the warning, does not repeat the violation, and tries to reduce the negative consequences of what he/she did, this player would not be sanctioned.
Warning is optional. In case of a violation, especially a serious one, sanction can be applied straightaway
My rule breaking was minor, broke rule 3.1 when other players broke rule 5.2 and other with me, they clearly did more damage to be but were not punished by admins, which is clearly in violation of 1.3

I had to have someone explain this one to me, it isnt very clear just say no profanity/cussing, screenshot of me violating this rule are found at http://www.xfire.com/profile/melfice666elstang/ under my screenshots. I do deserve to be sanctioned for this, maybe not banned since in every incident but the last one the other player broke 5.2, 0.0, 3.4, 5.5, and 5.9. one, some or all.
3.4 Threatening other players with reports and sanctions, attempting to pose as an Admin and using an Admin's name without permission is not allowed.
I have been threatened by the players that were involved in the above incidents, rule violated. They told me they could get me perma-banned.
5.2 All attacks must be the result of some form of role play. "Engaging" is not sufficient. An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Being hit with a CD is not considered an attack. If a player is attacked he has a right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking. AND 6.6 Aggressors are not allowed to destroy a trade vessel prior to issuing a demand and allowing sufficient time to respond. Demands may be cargo, credits or an RP demand, such as leaving the system. "Halt" is not a demand.
Every incident I have broken 3.1, other players have broken 5.2 or 6.6 just by yelling Halt and then start shooting without giving me enough time to stop. Most of the time there are no demands.
5.5 Dock-killing when player is undocking/launching from a planet/base is not allowed.
After an incident takes place if I survive or fled away the next time X player sees me, half the time there is an attempted dock kill on me.
5.8 A player who was killed in a PvP fight must not attack the enemy (player or players involved in the death) with any of the characters on his/her account(s) for 4 hours. Self-killing during a PvP fight is counted as a normal PvP death.
I am almost always re-engaged usually about 20 minutes later by the same character.
I know this is a lot but, I know how hard it is to run a server, I run servers for Ghost Recon and Half-Life, when a new player breaks a rule you warn him, if he breaks it again you dont ban him for a week, depending on how serious it is, just temp ban him for 1-3 days. Another big issue is I have friends to but there is a bold line where friendship ends and Admin responsibilities begin, I know its hard to make tough calls but im glad I banned my friends for what they did, it made our server grow. I guess this last part is my appeal, could you unban my characters like late Sunday night/Monday morning? I deserve to be banned for at least a few days, hell take all the credits away from my other characters too.
The word F and three more letters is bad mojo here, you said it, we have proof and you can have that if you like. But whatever happens now you spend a week off the server. Continue a poor tirade like this and I may be convinced to extend it.
Even if other folks break rules, that does not mean you can. If it is as incessant as you claim screenshot and report.

Ill say it again since i find you neglected to fully read my inquiry. Not many people have time to screen their wrong doers while fighting for their life or trying to say 5 mil from going down the drain. So you're saying i should let them break the rules?
EDIT: Then show me proof AND the consequences for every rule broken I want standards.
Regarding your complaints and/or issues (since we're now in the forums, where I have some authority):
If you're using Fraps or some other screen capture software (which you have Xfire), it's quite easy to record an s/s of your level and the kill message. There's a reason why we suggest and/or recommend that you have the timestamp on as well.
As for something else that you claim happened - I can find no evidence of any sanction report that you filed regarding that player. And if there's no report filed, it's pretty tough for us to take action, isn't it?

There's a chat log that keeps nearly 500 messages. Chat logs are very useful as evidence. Nonetheless you broke rules and got reported, ergo slappage ensued. You now have the evidence, enjoy. With that said this thread is doned.
