Well, I support that it's a problem about buying the ID.
He PMed me with his cruiser 2 days before I saw this sanction thread and asked me how to get the LNGuard ID while he had full rep and no bases in Virginia wanted to sell him the ID.
I had no idea in how to fix it except breaking the rules myself buying one for him. I told him to PM Cannon or any other admins, but I don't know if he did it. Anyway, It's too late now.
