Perhaps you want to explain to us why you decided to interact with a player who killed you five minutes earlier. And when I say interact I mean re-engage. You were forcing the fellow who killed you away from your target by ramming him. Interesting loophole, but it's not going to fly.
Saint Del is considered a holy healer of diseases of children, but also as a protector of cattle.

Ok, I'm not Gunny_Freight2 but I am his friend IRL so don't yell at me just yet. He says he'd like to apologize for his actions but can't on this forum because he can't seem to get his account approved. His account name is also Gunny_Freight2 if you could do something about that.
Hello, this is gunny_freight2; I am sorry my player account name does not match up with this forum name, I had some issues registering an account, which are now thankfully resolved.
I first would like to apologize to the admins and to the community for my actions, they were childish and inexcusable. Second I would like to apologize to the other player involved, unfortunately I do not remember who it was, but I would like to know so that I may apologize directly to them, either by PM on the forums, or PM in game. Third, I feel that it is only right that I enumerate the various infractions that I incurred; not as a means of bragging, but as a way to show that I have re-read and understood the server rules, and can now point out how wrong my actions were.
I would like to recount how my character ended up being jailed, but as it was a while ago, my recollection of the event maybe inaccurate, so I encourage anyone who was involved to correct me.
My story begins in the Munich system, where as I was making my way to the Frankfurt system by means of the trade lanes, I was stopped by another player character. This player was allied with a Kusari faction (again, I don't remember which one) and requested that I turn over my cargo to him. I was allied with BMM, and was told that due to that alliance, and the war between the Kusari and Bretonia, I was "fair game" for this kind of action. I attempted to talk my way out of it, but to no avail. I refused to turn my cargo over to the player, and was then attacked and destroyed.
It was at this point that I became upset over what had transpired, and this anger fueled my following actions. After I re-spawned in the system, I proceeded to exit it when I came across this Kusari player attacking another player. This is where my trouble begins. I asked the attacked player if they needed any help, and when they said yes, I proceeded to insert my ship in-between the attacker and attacked, forcing the attacker to shot at me or maneuver around me to take a shot. My first infraction was re-engaging another player in a system where PVP combat had already taken place between the two of us and not waiting the 4 hour time limit. My second infraction was not notifying the attacking Kusari player that I was going to engage them in combat (yes I know, saying engaging does not count). As my actions in intercepting fire from the attacker were not at all useful, I then decided that it would be best to spoil the players aim, and I did this by engaging in cruise mode and ramming my ship into them, hoping that I can force them off. Both of these actions are again, against the rules. Engaging in cruise during combat and ramming another player ship. I proceeded with the cruise and ram, but it really had no effect, and the attacking Kusari player destroyed the other player and them myself. After I re-spawned I was removed from the system and placed in Bastille.
I am not placing any blame on the Kusari player, as far I know, they did everything completely within the rules, and I was the rule breaking, childish aggressor. I would one again like to express my apologies for my actions, and humbly request that my ship be removed from Bastille.
