Being hit with a CD is not considered an attack. If a player is attacked he has a right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking

Comments/Instructions - "Halt, you have 5 seconds... engage" Pew pew pew pew Boom... is not an engagement notice - It wouldnt have killed you to attempt to Role Play slightly.....
