An overweight and gaunt man walks out of the hospital, wearing an unkempt Police uniform. Reports shuffle up, tipped off that he would be making this appearance. He waves off the cameras and questions, takes a stand at the podium, and speaks loud and clear:

"Those low-lifes think they can <bleep> with me? Let's see 'em try it. It'll take more than a few bullets to stop me, or any of my Officers, from upholdin' the law of Liberty. I'll see those rat-<bleep>s in hell."

He hobbled off the podium amidst numerous questions and photos and into an awaiting Rhino, which lifted off with no preamble.

"And thus the living legend returns. Again. I tell you folks, what will it take to put the Chief down? Acting Chief of Police Hull O'Brian's statement was that he would be more than happy to relinquish the position for Myers."
