I bow to your will milord, but captain Denelo is wrong about something. When the Toyoda left alone to face the enemy, one of them fired a torpedo aimed towards our bridge. Captain Toyoda felt, and he got injured at the head. I, as the second in command, took the controls of the ship, and aimed it towards the Planet Honshu, trying to escape the more powerful enemy. However, they were smart enough, and managed to counter our thrust. With the skills and the advise of the Captain Toyoda from the sickbay, we managed to elude the enemy blocade, and started a battle of attrition, which we were assured to win. The enemy started pursuing the fleeing Toyoda. When we restored the main power generator, with the help of captain Mori, we started to fire on the enemy ships. By having the upper hand on this battle, the Toyoda worn down the enemy, forcing them to flee. They did the wise decision to stop this, and flee to safety. With all due respect, Captain Mori, without the wisdom of Captain Toyoda, and your divine intervention which restored the ship's power, we would have not having this conversation now. In my humble opinion, this battle was a narrow success, despite our losses, and we managed to hold our ground against the NovaPG terrorists. We fought with honor, as they did, but at the day's end, it was all about resources. If they would've chose to fight the battle of attrition we intended, they would've been dead by now.

Encounter report. While patrolling in Hokkaido, I noticed a large group of NovaPG ships entering the system. I called the Soemu Toyoda, and we proceeded to protect the civilians, as is our duty to the Emperor. The cowards, however, would not show their faces, and dishonorably ran as soon as we showed up. Hostiles: 2 Gunboats (Dragon 002 and Dragon 003), a Fighter (VHF 001 or similar) and a Bomber (so-called "Bossman" from my last report.) Forces of the Emperor: My fighter and the Katana Wing Battleship Soemu Toyoda. Casualties: None. Kills: None. Ships damaged: None. Engagement location: None.
2:40 AM. A ship silently approaches the battleship Toyoda. Two men uses pods to escape it, the ship explodes. The injured men are picked up, and transfered to the sick bay. They were Blood Dragons, and no one knew that. As they get alone with Captain Toyoda, they jump on him, and injects a deadly poison on him. The guards saw the events, and shoots both of them. They detect a neurotoxin, doctors trying to fix the damage, but it's beyond repair. With his last words, Captain Toyoda sends a message to his Katana fellows.

Suddenly, he rises, and asks: "Give me a dragon... we are under attack... at least to spend my last moments of my life for a purpose...". He jumps into a fighter, leaves the bay, and joins the defensive wing outside, to prevent the enemy to overrun the battleship. They eliminate all the enemies, but one, their leader, which manages to destroy Soemu Toyoda's fighter, which has fallen under the poison's effects. A moment afterwards he dies due to a shot came from lt. Yahara.

Battle report. NovaPG engaged in Honshu. The Nagasaki, Soemu Toyoda, and Shangaruta were engaged by nearly 10 NovaPG and Bushido members, as well as many Blood Dragon pilots and a Junker named Raven. Also assisting were the Kusari Naval Forces pilots Nebotuda, Yomigae, Takemoto, Hayase, and Shoki. Nagasaki damaged and we were forced to retreat (death). Raven destroyed (death). Soemu.Toyoda damaged, forced to retreat (death). Nova PG Die Hard destroyed (death). Yomigae damaged, forced to retreat (death). Takemoto damaged, forced to retreat (death). Rheinland Military Dieter Schprockets and Miles Cadre came to assist. Both quickly forced to retreat by massive damage. Hayase forced to retreat due to damaged caused by NovaPG Intoxication. Shoki forced to retreat as well by the same. Shangaruta damaged, forced to retreat. Same with Nebotuda. Opponets fought with the same dishonor yet again.

Battle report. NovaPG engaged in Honshu. Attacked several civilian ships. The Battleship Soemu Toyoda was dispatched. Received help offer from Gas Miner Guild Destroyer Dark Horizon, which was accepted. Engaged near the trade lane from Yukawa Shipyards to Planet Honshu. Quickly removed the shields of the Kana Keiko, an Outcast Dreadnought. began working on hull. The Soemu Toyoda lost it's shields and began taking hull damage from being outgunned and outnumbered. Dark Horizon did very little. Nearly destroyed Kana Keiko, but was forced to retreat due to heavy damage (death). Reached Yukawa Shipyards just as engines failed. Yukawa Heavy Lifters towed us to a shipyard, and we are now undergoing repairs. The Dark Horizon was disabled shortly after our retreat (death). Dark Horizon retrieved by Yukawa Shipyards and now undergoing repairs. NovaPG then left.

Captain,
As you seem to have some question about upcoming events, I will do you the courtesy of relaying my recent orders to all Kusari Military ships.
All KNF and Katana ships are to withdraw from Hokkaido immediately. The area will remain a neutral no-fire zone until negotiations with NovaPG and Bushido are concluded.
No patrols will be flown in Hokkaido, Chugoku, or Tohoku until further notice. Please pass this on to your Wing.
All KNF and Katana fighters will report to the nearest KNF Battleship, in Kyushu, Hiroshima, or Shikoku, and conduct Core System patrols only from those locations.
All gunboats and larger: KNf will report to Yokohama Shipyard. Katana is advised to station their capital ships at Yukawa Shipyard.
Destroyers and larger will only be tasked in the event of major incursions into Kusari space. Limit all patrols in the Core Systems to fighters and gunboats only. That should be more than sufficient to discourage any pirates.

Battle Report: Engaged X-Jack-X, an Outcast in an Outcast Destroyer, in New Toyko after a long chase. Hostile was quickly destroyed by the Gunboats Nagasaki and Chijin. Fight was completely one-sided. Dishonorable target did very little damage to the Chijin, and did not even touch the Nagasaki.

Terms of Cease-fire with NovaPG and Bushido. Effective immediately:
1) Temporary ceasefire between NovaPG/Bushido and KNF/Katana throughout Sirius until the end of September. Length can be renegotiated at any time by either side.
2) KNF/Katana will stay out of Hokkaido, Chugoku, Tohoku, and the NovaPG/Bushido Guard/Home Systems except for pass-thru to other systems when requested.
3) NovaPG/Bushido will stay out of Kyushu, New Tokyo, Honshu, Shikoku, Hiroshima, and Fukuoka except for pass-thru when requested.
(I know there may be instances when a request is impossible.. no one on to ask.. considerations given. These terms pertain to major Fleet movements. Individuals will be given consideration in their movements through Cease-fire space.)
4) NovaPG/Bushido will not pirate or interfere w/ KNT/Kishiro/Samura traders anywhere; nor will our side interfere with NovaPG/Bushido traders anywhere. If NovaPG/Bushido will provide a complete list of their affilliated Traders, they will be noted and included in the Terms.
5) Non-aligned traders in any of the above systems must fare for themselves during the Cease-fire. There are plenty of Escorts, Mercenaries, etc., to give them protection during this time. Both sides will be responsible for documenting any attacks made upon their own Factions or others in the area that may be against the spirit of this Cease-Fire. These incidents must be reported to Leaders, and will be discussed in good faith in an effort to maintain the Cease-fire.
This will be rebroadcast on all Kusari channels. Please make sure that all our Brother and Sister Officers are aware of it and abide by the Terms.
