You know, it's one thing to break the rules and have a player file a report on it. It's quite another to continue to do so when an admin is there. But hey, that means multiple counts, anyway...
I suggest you read the rules, including official faction rights.

Consequences:
Stripped this ship (including the codes) and more money from another character to help with the fines, and you'll be in jail for at least a week, until I see a post here to show that you comprehend the rules.
If you post in this sanction and are not directly involved or a leader of the accused person's faction be advised that you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban.

The reasoning behind this is the same as to why White.Whale was destroyed by GRN| forces in the first place, prior to his two re-engagements: grossly violating in-RP principles of the GRN (as both a NPC and official faction) as well as bland disregard displayed towards a superior and Gallic high nobility, including but not limited to unprovokedly opening fire upon one of us.
Evidence in form of logs and a few screenshots can be provided on request.
