I always observe RP rules!! I have RP whence I, who I, what weapon at me, my stories! I always protected scale and that that I 3 times again and again re-engage it not the reason to deprive me the ships with which I live... I earned them of more year and you.... I can result tens examples when we attacked other fractions and they several times re-engage but of them do not deprive of the ships!?

Twice on January 13th, and once on January 30th. So this isn't the first time ... or the second ... or even the third.
This is the FOURTH (and fifth, since there were two different people filing against you on this one) that have filed reports about you ... breaking the rules. So you may observe the rules - perhaps off in a distance, because it's pretty obvious you're not actually following or obeying them.
And to give you some idea how the discussion went last night, it was suggested that we just simply perma-ban you, which is certainly where you are headed if you continue with this behavior.
