Respawn=Base idling=kicked

Ok everytime i respawn after i die, i get base idling message,and kicked. Not like minutes later,but as soon as i die,and respawn. Is this still happening to other's?
Any admins care to explain this?

It is funny by the main time with 200 players.

Yeah i was one to post it,and they said it was fixed,not being fixed.Now it seems to be back. Which is why i posted again. Was good for a week,or i did not die...No i am not THAT good...or maybe i am?... well what ever. It is still broken,and will make it hard to prove when people are killed with no RP.
