I was mining in O-7 yesterday when the server crashed. When I logged in later that day my ship was back at the station I had originally launched form (not in the field like I'd expected to find it after a crash) and my hold was empty!
The last time I'd checked my hold which was minutes before the crash I had over 2000t of cobalt ore. I was close to being full when the server crashed.
Can anyone please tell me if there is any way to get some form of 'refund' on this either in ores themselves or some portion of their value? I know it's a long-shot but if you don't ask you don't get!
Thank you in advance.

' Wrote:Sorry ConcreteFloater, that's not possible. We get so many crashes that refunds are just not feasible.
We do occasionally, but not always, refund as a result of unusual bugs or faults.
No problem. I imagined that would be the case.
Thanks for responding and also for moving my post!;)

This happend to me too, when I sold Super Alloy in Munich on Planet Numerbeng.I didnt get any cash.I tried to buy it back then sell it again, but it didn't work.
Though its not a big deal, just 10 millions but I wasted time for ... ''nothing''
I would be pleased if dear Cannon can handle it, or any other Admin, which would be great.
But still, it's not a big deal.
