Our patrols reported no visible royalist activity around Cannes Resort Station, possibly apart from law enforcement personnel et civilians on board the station itself. A gunboat, the CLN Corbeau Blanche, along with a bomber wing will be dispatched to watch over the station et encounter any hidden strike craft the GRN might still have docked there.
While Cannes will be under blockade the rest of our forces, Flottilles Flamme et Insurgée Rouge, will move forward to engage royalist defenses at Marseille, possibly liberating Château d'If in the process. The operation will begin at noon.
In the meanwhile the Crayter Republic has agreed to provide temporary shelter for our colonists form Toulouse et the first few transports have already left the planet. Hopefully we will be able to flush the royalists out of Provance like how they flushed us out of Languedoc, et bring home all those who had to flee seven years ago.

A change of plan occurred. The Gallic Royal Navy brought another battlegroup to replace the Arles et her company while even those didn't get further than Rambouillette Shipyard, possibly for just routine maintenance. This tips the scale towards a phyrric victory, or even a draw. We cannot afford either at this point.
In order to secure our victory, I've called for the help of the Crayter Republic, et they responded affirmatively, remembering how we used to help them reclaim their home a few years ago. Fleet Admiral Xander et Commander Myers confirmed they can spare a few battlegroups to aid us, because of which the attack on Château d'If et Marseilles is postponed to the evening.

We have achieved victory in Provence. The RNS Arles, as well as most of her accompanying forces, has been defeated, et the Gallic Royal Navy's grop on the system has been removed. The royalst has since been retreated to Île-de-France, probably reinforcing their lines at the other side of the jumpgate. This victory, however, did come at a severe cost.
Most of our forces et a significant amount of allied Crayter ships have been crippled or outright destroyed. The damage dealth to the CLN Oblique rendered it unstable, our engineers are trying to contain it even in these moments. For now we are unsure what can be saved or salvaged, but you will be informed the moment we get to know more.

Mesdames et Messieurs,
The last two months have been quite long et eventful. The attack on Roussillon has forced us to split our forces in the Tau Region et concentrate them on two fronts at the same time, necessitating the liberation of Provence even more than before. As a temporary measure the civilian population of Toulouse is being relocated to Borneo, where the Crayter Republic is providing shelter until we can move on back into Gallia.
When it will happen is difficult to tell, while we are able to maintain our defense lines at Perpignan, our most recent loss of the CLN Oblique means the Gallic Royal Navy doesn't want to give Provence for free either. The conflict within that system has been progressing through two major battles with minimal clashes in between, Roussillon however hasn't seen too much action since the arrival of the RNS Montmorency, it appears the royalists are only entrenching themselves for now, et testing our defenses.
Our progress in Picardy has been much smoother et dynamic. Clashes with the royalists have been successfully diminishing their numbers within the system with each battle while we finished estabilishing our new medical bay on Saint-Quentin Space Colony et finally took over all repair et construction assets on Haute-Seine Shipyard. With more of our forces arriving from Champagne the liberation of Amiens gets closer by each day.
Further, more detailed information about the combat events of the past months will be provided later, as a more pressing matter is to be announced here: the Endgame Protocol.
The severely increased pace of the civil war's progression suggests the end of it might come a soon as the end this year, the amount of our victories compared to our losses suggests it will come in favor of the people of Gallia et the tyranny of the Crown will finally end. However, we are not without losses, et we should pay attention not to bleed faster than our opponents. In order to adapt to the new circumstances et maintain our progress at this pace, an organisational restructure is warranted, with more focus et emphasis on the maintenance of our military et logistics forces.
Along with the organisational restructure there will be changes affecting the internal hierarchy et promotion mechanics in order to step away from traditions in the direction of progress et practicalty. The aim of these changes is to ease, simplify et personalise promotion processes, turn ranks more functional than symbolical et lighten their requirements to more reasonable levels.
Lastly, recently we've experienced a significant presence of Dispersed Fleet ships in our recent battles with the Crown's forces, suggesting an increased popularity of our cause et eagerness to fight for the people among other revolutionaries independent to our organisation. In the future the Council High Command will aim to reach out to these Dispersed Fleet captains et officers for further cooperation et optionally even recruitment.

Mesdames et Messieurs,
I'm certain you have heard about the conflict arosing between the Kingdom of Bretonia et the Independent Miner's Guild, unfortunately while the threat of the Gallic Occupation still persists within Sirius. I've tried to find out what exactly happened, how they ended up at war, why they aren't trying to work together solving their differences peacefully, et arrived to the conclusion that neither considers the Gallic Royal Navy to be a threat great enough to force them putting aside their differences.
As allies that makes them unreliable et useless in our struggle against the Crown. That, as well as our separation from Sirius due to the siege of Roussillon, has led to the following resolution: The Council is no longer allied to the Kingdom of Bretonia or the Independent Miners' Guild. From now on they will be treated as neutral parties et each of us will continue to fight Gallia on our own, with our own priorities. In practice that also means all of our forces remained in or around Bretonia, if any, will be withdrawn to Roussillon, Tau-44 or Gallia.
