What happened to the price of scrap?

Seems like all the places I could sell scrap at no longer pay anything for it. Also now some places are selling scrap again? Anyone know what is going on here?

I think that cannon said that are the places still buy ore/scrap the same, but it doesent show it on your trade routes list.

the NL-Inverness route WAS nerfed, if thats the one you considerd doing.
