I can see what your saying although only a faction leader can invoke a faction rule #5. Now, if you have a personal problem with a certain Junker, Zoner or whatever, I would guess so long as you RP it right then you can keep that personal vendetta against that individual. Mind you though, you may be the ONLY person in a group with a dislike for that person and may have to deal with it in group interaction. Alone? That would be a different story.

First I hear LR is group of independent individuals. Infocard says:

Liberty Rogues have evolved into highly organised and powerful pirate faction operating in Liberty space and surrounding Independent Worlds.

That means they all have similar allies and hostiles and they all are strictly organised unlikely Zoners and junkers. Rouges are Outcast supporting and I ve never seen rouge doing different.

In my opinion LR aren't faction which shouldn't be FR5ed. As long they shouldn't as long we want to continue RP from vanillia listed in the wiki.

It's both an RP thing and a game mechanic really. If an outcast comes along and pew pews a rogue or twenty, they might get pissed.
Till we start properly establishing how disorganised the Rogues etc might be, we can't do it otherwise.

Zoners though, they are more interesting.
As the ZA pretty much 'runs' the Zoners right now, they are the ones responsible.
The whole thing again falls down to who runs what station and if the ZA can control said station's docking rights.

The Rogues deal with the Corsairs currently, through the ol Hogosha, if you read about the Council of Bastards, or whatever it be named.

I think Rogues really only FR5 for certain things, like attracted unwanted heat from the law or pew pew'ing every Rogue they find etc.

If things are being as you write We need to change LR diplomacy.

I think It will get much abusing if rouges will start shotting outcasts on sight. If I still see outcasts and rouges fighting at one side but I've never seen rouges shotting outcasts. Alliance with corsairs iRP will be worthless. corsairs never approach liberty (maybe some lolwuts) instead of outcasts . NPCs and player outcast are recently sighted there.

Interesting how cardamine trade will go if LR gets hostile with outcasts supporters. If smugglers friendly to outcast will be shotted by buffalo which imports cardamine that will means end of smuggling cardamine to liberty.

Does LH would get hostile to outcasts too?

Rouges get the cardanom themselves, and they certainly dont want the outcasts stealing that portion of the market. Outcast leadership doesnt want them in Liberty -anyway-, so the odd idiot going missing is no biggie.
