' Wrote:All of you have noticed, that the PTrain's shield hardpoint, which as I understand is the default target when selecting a ship, is placed in the back of the ship. So the whole targeting box is the rear of the ship. You have no idea how much that messes up aim, especialy a bomber's and I am pretty sure that's the only ship in the whole mod with such an odd issue. Can this be fixed in 86, plox?

The =CR= seem to blow them up fine.

Anything I say is not intended as offensive, and to try and deliberately misinterpret it as such would be an attempt at trolling via misrepresentation.

It's not a conspiracy, it's localised bias. They're not intelligent enough to form a conspiracy.

Shield Hardpoint is not the default targeting point when selecting a ship. It must be manually sub-targeted.

The default target should be the centre of the ship, but that depends on how accurate the hit box is.

It's more of a hitbox issue than a hardpoint issue. You probably got confused because a lot of custom models have internal shield hardpoints placed in the centre of the ship, when they should be placed externally.

All vanilla ships have external shield hardpoints. If this really was an issue, the Eagle would be a pain in the ass to hit since it's shield hardpoint is on the top of the ship.

Yes the hitbox is wrong, modelers are highly encouraged to make a new one.

Oh thank you. Pleasure to blow up. The trains.
By the way, does shild hardpoint reflect the shield damage in any bigger way? Like if I hit very front of the ship, is my shield damage reduced?
