My Friend Has Problems.

Well, heres a little backstory for this post. My friend found out about Disco from me. I have helped him get setup and stuff, but he still hasn't been able to get on. He tried to get on the server once, and he said it wouldn't let him on, it was acting like he never clicked it. I told him to double click the server, he said he was, he said he had everything installed also. I helped him take care of all the basic stuff, but I am not sure what to do about this. He is running as an administrator also. He also has a slight language problem, so don't read the chat if you get easily offended. Here is what he said...
