' Wrote:because of the Jump holes in Magellan and Manchester to Leeds means New London and Manchester are pretty much untravelled, the Cambridge Jumphole in leeds also means that pretty much the whole of bretonia can be bypassed in around 5 minutes and you can get into omega 3.
im not patrolling systems where nobody ever is... whats the point in that? these "conveniance jump holes" should be removed, that way Manchester would actually have a point, and people would have to come through New London. making policing actually worth doing. also meaning you can keep the super annoying NPC's at the derby.
Leeds is an essential system for my traders. If you delete these jump holes, then there would be no reason to keep a trader character who doesn't have any profit. I guess I will have to turn to mining too..
In my opinion, Discovery has far more systems that it should have had. With a maximum of 200 players online it's completely logical that some systems are never visited. Guard systems should be deleted, I don't get the reason why they exist..
If you want a solution to this problem, increase the commodity prices and then remove some jump holes.
I agree, corporate shipments should not use jump holes and go through nebulas, but what can we do if we want to have a serious income? We should roleplay, but there should be more motivations to do so.

Calling NPC's "lolwuts" is possibly the stupidest statement I have ever heard. RP is short for role play, which means taking on the role of a member of one of the groups in game and following what they would do in a situation. NPC's are the best damn rpers on the server. they are always playing the role of their faction, taking the actions that befit their factions. Compared to the NPC's we are all fail role players.
I agree here. How NPCs destroy your roleplay? NPCs roleplay too. They patrol, they attack, they trade. If you step in a hostile territory it's logical to find hostile patrols... and one more reason, without NPCs freelancer would have been more empty than it is now.
decrease their numbers too, it took me 3 minutes to dock just because there 432424239042 NPCs landing I got kept getting "please standy by, we are full at the moment"
