Hya, I was watching the original freelancer trailer and I remembered that I've seen a WIP mod (or something like it) that actually allows to fold the wings on carrier borne fighters as shown in the original trailer. Here are the examples Valkire,Crusader and Defender. In those videos it is obvious that it the wings are triggered instead of the cargo doors, but maybe they could be modified to be activated by a different command. I recon it will be a nice little touch giving a bit more depth if it could be added to Discovery.
