Subject: Fugitive
There is a good news and a bad news.
The bad news is that one of our most unstable fugitive managed to escape during the costumed party we were organising for our retiring Senior Security Agent, Mister Alexander Memphis. She has escaped aboard an ''EAGLE'' Very Heavy Fighter Class vessel, outfitted with civilian weaponry. She answers to the name of Serena (or Bunny), and has an alter-ego named ''Sailor Moon'', though she will never identify herself as such since she believe it is a secret identity. Don't laugh, gentleman, she is a woman in love looking for her imaginary lover, and she is ready to kill to find him.
The good news is that she mostly is non-violent, for as long as you do not do anything that could upset her, though she is quite easy to upset right now. As soon as she sees people she considers as evil, she will either attack or flee, but I wish to remind you that she is not afraid to kill, and she is not in control of her acts.
We need to get her back, alive, so we can rehabilitate her, though she'll most likely have to be forced back here.Her parent, who sent her here to correct her problems, are extremely worried and afraid that she would run into a criminal lair in an attempt to get it rid of it's ''evil''.

The LSF will be on the lookout for this criminal. We'll be dispatching real time updates to all LPI units on the field as well.
As for now, I'd recommend that Sugarland strengthen its security systems and launch an investigation into how exactly the prisoner managed to escape. It is likely that other prisoners could follow suit.
