5.9 Disconnecting from the server in a PvP fight to escape, as well as in any other situation that involves
player interaction, is not allowed. If you lose server connection during a player interaction, you should get
back in game quickly to continue the interaction, with the other player's permission. If that is not possible,
then post on the forums and PM the players involved.

Consequences: Bank account swapped for use of cloaking device. Sanction notification in your empty
hold now.

Well in my defence I didnt have any chance to do some roleplaying, reply to his demands, not even aim at him, so I was very angry, I exited the game in fury, not with the intention to evade my death, because I knew Id be dead before my session closed, and I was indeed. Being dead you dont have much player interaction anymore too, do you? dont see much of a problem there to be honest

shame about those 95mill that just got lost, any chance to retrieve those?

Defence ? You used F1 and admitted to it, there is no defence. Then you told the player he had been reported,
for what we have no idea, especially as you did not submit anything. Both are breaches of our server rules.
There are no refunds in the case of a sanction.

yea shouldnt have said the thing about the report, i was being cocky
well anyway, no way im gonna put my time in getting them 95mill back

btw dont be so harsh, couldve given me a final warning thingy aswell, games are still for fun and yea, incidents happen mate, my game just got torn to pieces, so much for the fun part there.




edit: just making this clear, when I hit f1 my ship was exploding and as far as my knowledge reaches, people that are in an exploding ships dont really have time to interact (kaboom), I still think I don't 'really' deserve to be punished for the f1, as for the report-things I said, yes not denying that.
