Due to increased threats of mercenaries attempting to claim bounties on people within the glorious ranks of our military, all ships transmitting Mercenaries IFF's will be asked to leave Rheinland as quickly as possible, failure to comply will result in destruction. This is a result of recent actions taken by the Slaver's Union, a group of the lowest sort, enslaving the people of Sirius and selling them for profit! They are not welcome here, nor their mercenary cohorts.
Also! Due to the increased amount of Cardamine and similar contraband into the House of Rheinland, all smugglers will be given only one chance. First time found smuggling with be a 8 million credit fine and destruction of all illegal cargo. A second offense is punishable by death.
A general list will be transmitted, this list may not include contraband in every form. Thank you.

I would also like to remine you that teh Rheinland Military is becoming ever Vigilant in combating our enemies before we have to fight them. As an Extra defensive precaution, ALL and by this I mean EVERY ship that passes through our borders will be halted, and there destination will be asked. If you are stoped by an Officer or a Pilot of the Military while travelling in Rheinland, you stop and give them your destination. Failure to do so can result in a fine or even death.
Thank you for your time,
Ein Volk, Ein Kanzler, Ein Rheinland!
Der Gott-Kanzler gibt uns alles strenght.
Luc McCloud:
I had recently sent a proposal of a contract to the Chancellor (Before my knowledge of this bounty), which terms will be kept under confidential means and such. Chancellor, I say we should prospone the proposed contract until this matter is resolved.
The Mandalorians will not enter Rheinland Territory until the matter is resolved, as we respect the wishes of mighty rulers. Rheinland has proven their powwer, and we respect that.
Due to our previous confrontations with SU and such aswell, we cannot accept contracts upon them aswell.
My respects to Rheinland and its beloved Chancellor,
Luc McCloud

This is an outrage! We cannot allow this to go unpunished. IFF's updated, and acknowledged Merc threat. All mercs will be asked to leave Rheinland.

you are not including the institution of the bounty hunters there, i hope. the BHG has a long tradition of guarding not only sirius as a whole but also having close bonds to especially rheinland and liberty ( seeing that Omega-56 is a direct neighbour to core systems of rheinland )
Yes, I hope this does not include the shadow stalkers. We have never taken, and will never take bounties on lawful citizens and navies of Sirius. Our only concern is that the unlawful despots of this sector die and dwindle in number on a regular basis.
In fact, we could, for a small fee, station some extra forces in Rheinland to boost your forces in the area. It wouldn't be much, obviously, as we have operations all over Sirius, but it would certainly grant more security from the less scrupulous characters apparently plaguing Rheinland.
The BHG is still welcome in Rheinland, within reason. Its well known that any member of the BHG is to strictly adhere to a civil law. Any attempts to do otherwise will be sent to Guild Masters with a request that the rogue Bounty Hunter be executed--if he or she manages to escape our military, that is.
Bounty Hunter ID'd vessels will be limited to a case-to-case basis. That said, leave your battleships outside Rheinland.
A flash on the screen within the docking bays, on public streets, on the comms of all Military pilots, a news interview was previewed.
"This is CNN news reporter Jerr Larkin, Vice Admiral Meric Freelamen has an announcement to send throughout the Sirius sector."
The camera faces towards Freelamen and he begins to speak.
*Well, after reports that the BDM have made through the latest Bounty Networks. A Bounty has been placed on Rheinland Military pilots throughout Rheinland once again by another source. With this, Mercenaries within Rheinland can no longer be trusted, especially after the incidents with the many Liberty Battle Cruiser's in Rheinland. So with permission from the Chancellor, All Mercenary and Freelancer ID pilots are here by banned from all of Rheinland space for the protection of our own pilots and civilians. This ban does not apply to the following 3 organizations. RepEx, IND, and the Mandalorien Mercenarys.
We are taking every precaution necessary in order to protect our pilots. Sirius has been warned, we shall see how they take it.*
Freelamen gets up from his chair and leaves the room, with the screen flashing off after his exit.
