Kael.. (former named GoldEater) has been sanctioned for:

5.10 Disconnecting from the server in a PvP fight to escape, as well as in any other situation that involves player interaction, is not allowed. If you lose server connection during a player interaction, you should get back in game quickly to continue the interaction, with the other player's permission. If that is not possible, then post on the forums and PM the players involved.

A pirate tried to pirate you. It is always cheaper to pay the pirate.
Now you are going to pay me instead - And I am known to be greedy.

Especialy when someone tries to hide the money from us to duck consequences.

I was looking for 100 million credits and could not find them, so I did the following:
Zeroed both your "safe haven" bank accounts. They had ~50 million and 4 millions.
Makes 54 mil credits in total.
Also took your Armor upgrade IV, your Armor Upgrade III and your Transport turrets.
I doubt the Junkers will pay me enough to come close to the 100mil.....


Consequences:
-54 millions fined in total.
-AU IV and III + Guns unscrewed
-Sanction notifications in both bank char holds. (holds cleared to make room for them)

i lost all my money and got a Sanction Notification
its says i was cheating and normally cheaters are banned forever but the admins made a exception for me

but i did not cheat and i tryed to pm ing a admin but still nothing

i did not quit when i was in a PVP or mod using i did nothing wrong
and i lost about 56mil

You F1'd away from a pirate to get away from being taxed.

This is indeed rule breaking, You can't disconnect during a Roleplay encounter with another person.

That's why You were sanctioned.

thats the thing i did not disconnect during a Roleplay encounter i just got the sanctioned and thats it
