It has recently come to the attention of Cambridge Research Institute that the LSF confiscated the Nomad organic material of a ship in Liberty space, and was directed to drop it off at Willard Research Station. Cambridge Research Institute has worries concerning this, as the LSF is not currently licensed, and therefore not likely trained nor equipped to handle the dangerous cargo that Nomads represent. Cambridge Research Institute understands if the Nomads were directed to Willard Research Station for safety at the time. However, the ship in question carrying Nomads is currently licensed by CRI and has received the proper training and facilities to handle the Nomads.

Cambridge Research Institute cannot stress more the danger that these organic materials can be to Sirius as a whole and all of the peoples who live here. We are not suggesting that we do not believe that the caliber of the scientists at Willard Research Station is not level with the dealing of Nomads, but we at Cambridge Research Institute prefer that there is a standard level of enforcement and handling of the Nomad creatures. We offer you the chance, though, to ensure that your pilots are trained and equipped to deal with Nomads. As such, we urge you to obtain a Nomad Transportation License in order to safeguard the people of Sirius.

Cambridge Research Institute has also been alerted to the fact that you may have a Nomad license of your own in Liberty. While this is a noble cause, we here fear that those confiscating, destroying, and transporting Nomads are not trained properly and disaster may result. As such, we ask that the SA and LSF obtain training in order to handle the Nomads properly. If it is true that you have your own ban, we can safely assume that you have learned techniques - similar and dissimilar - to handling and studying Nomads as us. This may represent an entire new idea in which the scientists of our two houses can work together to help curtail the smuggling and dangers of Nomad smuggling within Sirius. Surely, we must recognize this danger and fight it together, even if it may cause political tremor within the space of Sirius.

You are correct the LSF is currently not licensed to handle with nomads. Who ever gave the order to Have them dropped off at Willard made a mistake. I would like to know the call sign of this pilot if possible. We have no idea what goes on at Willard but we know that nomad brains and other nomad organic supplements are taken and handled with care at CRI. I will have the current Nomad supplements that were meant to be at CRI sent there by transport. I will reimburse the Pilot carrying the nomads of 1.5 million credits. I cannot stress how important this matter is. I will inform my members to let them know that this is not acceptable. I would also like you to Send me a list of all Personnel Authorized to carry these so it does not happen again via Private communications ((PM)). We cannot afford to have highly dangerous supplements being dealt with by people who are not trained. Sorry for the trouble and it won't happen again, rest assured
