I would like to speak to someone from the internal affairs of the Liberty Security Force. My name is Arch Geon, an Executive Clerk of the Social Services Office of Universal Shipping Incorporated. It seemed I have come across a certain topic which needs investigation, or so I believe.
I was passing by through the badlands at my own risk trying to find a crate of cigarettes which I miss placed for some useless metal scrap'¦ heh'¦ Anyway, I know it was my fault for being around the badlands; however, it's not the topic I want to discuss.
I encountered two (2) vessels, both had Outcast IDs, and the opening channel was rather shocking:
Gun-Shot Cam: A Gun-Shot Cam: B I doubt that these vessels were Liberty Security Forces Agents; however the opening channel was less than pleasant. I lost my ship during this event; I was dazed due to the confusion which these pilots placed. I thought you would like to know that certain pirates are acting as LSF Agents to daze civilians such as myself with confusion.
