I've been designing graphics ever since I got a copy of Photoshop CS4 (which I'm still using) around a year ago. What really sparked my interest in graphics was signatures at first, but from there I've moved onto various things like photo editting, transmission bars and avatars.

So, I've made this little poll/survey to gather some information on Discovery artists. I'm very interested in how everyone began practicing this great skill and what's in store for graphics designers in the real world. I'd like to begin by questions like - How did you start? What do you do and what role does graphics design play in your life?

Don't be shy and speak up Disco artists!

I miss the 'something like that' option from the first two questions.

Video-editing can be an art, but mostly it's like chopping wood. And I'm currently at uni, learning... well, something like that.

I own a graphical design company by 33% shares.

I started it out of boredom and it became a profession. It is not my only profession but I make a living from it as well.

I mostly design graphical interfaces of websites for clients. Or similar stuff like catalogues, booklets, posters and such.

I like to work on graphical design stuff as long as the topic is appealing. I worked with a lot of construction companies and they all suck in vision lol.

If things go well, I will design an online shop interface and its operational details in the following months.

Now, near to my music work, I am working on an Iranian / US singer's website and a rock band's website / logo designs.
