hi, can an admin please transfer these two characters from my other account to the one I am now using?
just a few days before my new computer arrived, my laptop Hard drive crashed, loosing everything I had on it, I had written the account number down for freelancer, and went to enter it, and was told it was an invalid access code.
somewhere in that long line of numbers and letters, I got somthing wrong....sigh, tried everything I could think of to put in the correct letter or number, o's instead of 0's, 1's instead of l's....no avail
would be very greatful and groveling will be considered.
