I'm friendliest with Liberty Rouges, but I can't buy Liberty Rouge Gunboat Cannons, I think my profile is bugged, what can I do? Is my Gunboat wasted?

You need better reputation with Liberty Rogue Guard.

Sure. Do Liberty Rogue missions. Bribes for the Rogues also affect the Guard rep but this is not an option if you have full Rogue rep.

Well thanks for the advice, I guess I'm headed to Buffalo Base

Nah, better try McMurray in Alberta. Missions give you more Money and they are also about 15k away from the Base. There wont be anyone to interfere or annoy or suddenly shoot at you. It's also closer to Cassini.

I ended up taking the missions at Buffalo and fixed my rep, it took forever but it worked, thanks!
