I'm a newcomer on disco, and i love what igiss & co have done here. Still i have to agree that npc levels are bit too high. Someone mentioned in some post i read, that it would be better to co-operate against th NPCs. Yes, that can be big fun, but this is a RP and everyone should have a chance to play their game they want, co-op or not. I'm going to join some faction sooner or later of course, but as far as i concern, it's more fun to explore the sirius, do some business and put up a fight all by myself and survive it too. cool.gif

It's happening far too often. As another said, it doesn't make the missions more skillful or interesting - it just makes them longer. Rediculously longer. You can forget doing ANY of the "eliminate all hostiles" missions unless you plan to be shooting for 30 to 40 minutes for each mission. So now that leaves the player having to specifically seek out Assassination missions where they can ignore the other fighters, and kill the bare minimum that they have to, simply because its far too unprofitable to play any of the other mission types.

I hope the Admins are reading and thinking about this issue. It will affect how people play - and if they follow the rules. I can definately see some players coming along, getting frustrated and leaving the server entirely, missing out on its other great features. Or, deciding this is a pain, and just killing humans to steal the loot regardless of what the rules of engagement might be, because they got fed up with these invincible npc's.
