Right - thank you very much for encrypting this channel, I have no clue how to do such a thing myself.
Well, honestly, I'm sure this will sound bizarre and you may not believe me, but please, I'm absolutely sure this is all true. I have reason to believe that someone in the Liberty government has been funding or otherwise supporting pirates like the Liberty Rogues, perhaps for a long time. I don't know how this could have gone unnoticed or even unthought-of for so long. But everywhere I look, I see reason to suspect a conspiracy of some sort - I see navymen letting pirates escape while the police don't do their jobs properly, actions which go completely unpunished... I see things that just don't add up every which way that I look. I think this might go pretty high up, but I've got no proof.
I KNOW this sounds just insane, but please, at least consider this for a moment - does it make sense that "political refugees" are starting to head to the Rogues, rather than the Xenos or even the Legion? Does it make sense that uneducated pirates, despite who they may or may not be dealing with, have some of the most advanced technology in Sirius at their immediate disposal?
Either way, there's been more than one thing seriously wrong with Liberty for a long time. And I feel it's my duty as a patriotic citizen to bring the truth, any hidden truths, to light - to fix our broken Liberty.

What ye're saying is interesting, very interesting. I myself always assumed they got their money by robbin' people. Them being actually funded is something I didn't suspect.

Oh and regarding proof, this is not a court, we do not necessarily require solid proof. But something as vague as 'someone is funding someone, somehow' is not enough. I need names, numbers etc.
