What i want is few more IDs for Corsairs.
Now with repninjas infiltrating your repsheet it's not makes much use of being allowed to use 5000 transports. Could be good to have separate ID for sair trade faction with no rights to pirating but without rep ninja so they can go to Kusari or other places and trade there.

If this happens, the Outcasts should be given a similar treatment, lest we start the discussion regarding selective development again.
