Ah, yes indeed! The only Gunboat I've ever owned and flown for an extended period of time (Ahoudori doesn't count, it never left Pueblo Bonito). Memories...

Nice little movie-thing, by the way. Although I had the sound on my computer turned down, while I was listening to "Cruel Angel's Thesis" on my iHome. Which... went quite well together, considering that the opening to NGE is also a super-fast slideshow of all sorts of different images.

Loved the pic with an Outcast Destroyer and [RoS] fleet in Liberty (NY by the looks).

I remember the time when you could do that without the whole system throwing a hissyfit :)

For all it's imported-model-ridden, lawlessness worth, somehow, everybody just seemed to have more fun back then.

Oh well. Ain't like it can't be done again.

That's one of the reasons I couldn't get back into freelancer, my favourite ships were no more:(
Imports or not if they look that good
Also back then we had a "nice" balance of RP and "GTFO", if RP was going slow there was always a nooby pilot just around the corner that would give you the fight of your life for no reason whatsoever:)

Enter NY with a fleet of ships (That really shouldn't have been there RP wise) was a breath of fresh air for everyone and cleared the cobwebs out of the Liberty bombers (Which frankly didn't exist back then:P) torpedo tubes

Not saying that it should go back to the semi RP lawlessness but a little more "I'll RP whatever is thrown at me and come out fighting" and a little less "//OMG corsairs / outcasts / dragons in liberty! Dock and Bitch" would be nice.
