Firstly is Gambling allowed in Disco?

If so would it be possible to set up a Character for taking bets on fights and Racing? Or maybe it will bring to much attention on certain fights what are taking place.

I suppose Conn. would be a good place....but wheres the RP in that.

Any thought's on this if gambling is allowed on Disco.

I saw a guy once who tried to change Disco and proclaimed himself as a pacifist. The funniest part was, he tried to do it at New York.
