Animated gif image resizing

So what I need is the following.

I would like you fine people to resize (if its possible) or just make a new animation out of the following one.



Namely, you should resize it and make the animation a bit smoother (and slower) if it is possible. I would like it to be resized so that I could use it as an avatar (160x140 - it doesnt have to be that precise size, just within the forum limit). Something like this maybe:



Basically, I want the focus to stay on the Daft Punk guys. So, can it be done? And if yes, is there anyone willing to do it? xd

Oh nice, but could you decrease the width further (still too wide for avatar Q_Q), and also make it a bit smoother? That would be neat.

I can't think of any way of making it smoother (increasing frame rate), while you only gave me 6 frames to begin with.
