It's on my Windows XP SP3, how to make that glowy effect. You see that difference like line on the middle and up that light. I need some tuts for that effect and some fancy glow.

Photoshop?

You can do this with a gradient, selecting AG to BG, or viceversa.

Gradient overlay on primary buttom + white low opacity half button.
