say if you bought the access codes for the current boutnys that merc company is in.

I'd expect you would be able to RPly get into the bountys and see the information RPly.

but no the angel says since your not in that merc company you can't, so i'd just like a second opinion on that.

If that merc company gave you permission I don't see why not. Or the employer. Basically anyone who has legitimate claims to "ownership" over the comm line.

Of course if you just found some "employee" who had been in the group for two seconds who then upended all of that faction's secrets I imagine the claim could be questioned rather easily.

Best to ask the leadership of the faction(s) involved... if none, then direct to the players involved.
