I'm mostly looking for something with the atmospheric feel of "freak of nature", but not quite to the extreme of looking like a tumor.

I mean he/she's still ought to be human. But I think I have a good candidate picture, somewhere.

Well asides from the fact that I wanted it to be a bit mysterious. That in particular looks a little too militaristic.

If I had to indulge on the character being made.
If you mix a scientist with a beast?
Or maybe something ceremonial-like?
Well, not nessecarily like that.

I haven't entirely decided what I want to make of it. But I still appreciate all suggestions. I may even change my mind. xD

Alright, not sure how much you'll like these but I'll throw them out there.

Being a huge fan of the S.T.A.L.K.E.R franchise gas mask pics are what I find best so here they are.

Numba 1: No comments on this one.

Numba 2: This one has a lot more of a military feel and I'm not a huge fan of the sketchy style but I'll throw it out there

Numba 5: Since you mentioned porcelain Japanese masks I'll throw this one out there. Be for warned though, this dude is from an Anime called "Darker Than Black" just in case that's a problem
