Due to recent developments, Interspace Commerce is permitted to haul Plutonium into Rheinland. That means, you are not to confiscate the said material when found on Interspace vessels, as the Bundestag decided that our Plutonium supply may even depend on them soon. The change is temporary, notice will be given once it's revoked.
