RULE BREAKER - RedXIII - Please Sanction

Player (removed) should be severely punished immediately for the most fundamental violation of the rules.

I was one hour in to my character, level 5, in Penn. system. I was attacked without warning, without provocation, with no RP contact. My ship and cargo were lost. (removed) is a level 62 player. Clearly this is someone who gives not a crap for the basics of the server rules, and his complete disregard for them should be punsihed without mercy. It is game-wreckers like this that deter new players from ever coming back, that taints the good name of the efforts of the Discovery server, and reflects poorly upon all players.
