Konnichiwa, honorable members of the BAF High Command.
I am Daiki Atsushi, captain of the Conference-class gunboat GMG|R&D-Kuraudo.
I would like to ask for permission to visit Bretonia for a yet undefined period of time in order to collect Bretonian opinions on the conflict between the Gas Miners Guild and the Kusarian government.
Also, my crew and I could use the chance to find some capable mercenaries that might be able to work for us in order to lift Kusari's blockade in Okinawa.
Seeing as Kusari is now our common enemy, I believe there is no reason not to take a chance to build up a better relation between Bretonia and the Gas Miners Guild.
Respectfully,
Daiki Atsushi, GMG Research & Development Department
As a show of good faith, the Bretonian Ministry of Defense will authourize this mission, on the condition that ten thousand units of Hfuel be delivered to planet Leeds, and our front line defenses there. Once proof of these deliveries is made, you can consider License granted for your expedition.
Naturally standard conditions apply, follow the law, do not fire on Bretonian vessels, and obey the BPA for spot inspections, I doubt we shall have any problems as a result of this.
I look forward to meeting with you soon,
Sir Jack Fraser,
Her Majesty's Most Diligent Interdiction Wing
Bretonian Armed Forces.

Today, the 29th April 818 A.S., the Gas Miners Guild delivered ten-thousand-and-thirty units (10,030) of H-Fuel to Planet Leeds. The convoy consited of two Kamome transports and one Kujira, as well as three escort fighters. After delivering the cargo, the transports loaded up on ship hull panels which were hauled to Rheinland.
Guncams of the H-Fuel taken by one of the escorts are attached to this message.
We hope the fuel will help your effort to keep Kusari at bay.
I have been instructed by the Governor of Leeds to send you his undying gratitude, and an invitation to stay at one of the premier hotels on Leeds for the duration of your expedition into Bretonia. I myself am stationed at the BAF headquarters on Leeds, and easily reached on this channel if you have any further problems.
I look forward to meeting with you soon, consider your ship cleared for Bretonian operations.
Sir Jack Fraser,
Her Majesty's Most Diligent Interdiction Wing
Bretonian Armed Forces.

My crew and I are most grateful for the chance to explore not only the territory of Bretonia, but also its culture and its people.
We will move out as soon as possible and will happily accept the governor's invitation.
I am sorry to inform you that Atsushi-san past away in the Kuraudo's med-bay after an accident in the ship's engine compartment. Whether the vessel will be decommissioned or past on to another captain is yet to be cleared.
We are most grateful for your hospitality and hope that relations between the Gas Miners Guild and Bretonia stay positive.
We send our regrets to his family. The crew of the Dagobaz mourn a great man who has helped us immensely with providing technical know how on the Dagobaz's design and maintenance.
He is sorely missed.
Effective immediately the ships authourzation for operations is revoked, and will be escorted on it's final voyage home...
Good luck gentlemen, go with God,
Her Majesty's Most Diligent Interdiction Wing
Bretonian Armed Forces.

On behalf of the Kuraudo's crew, I thank you for your condolescence.
We are also grateful for your offer of an escort, but it will not be needed. As per our former captain's will, we moved the ship and his body back to the Sigmas immediately, in order to perform a traditional burial.
We thank you for your kindness and wish you and the rest of Bretonia the best of luck.
