my bank account

greetings to all ...

since ive made a new char on the relaxed server ..i am unable to acces the "bank" account ..
i can make the code .. and then it approves the code .. but when i type /f showcash hammerhead code
it states err account denied .. nor am i able to transfer money..
any suggestions anyone??

The code is /showcash name code
Not /f showcash

even then i get the message ERR account access denied

On alternate character
