I've tried reviewing the files on yourself and your organisation Herr Revan, but surprisingly enough I wasn't able to find any in our extensive information network. We don't generally deal with organisations we don't know much about, neither their history nor their work.
If you want to receive access to the Red Hessian movement's most effective weapons, I suggest you make a name for yourself first. Show us that you are a friend to the movement, that you support it to the same extent you are asking it to support you. Giving out technology is a large display of trust, and we need to make sure we can trust you.
So show us. A few pointers before you get to work: we don't want money, we have ample amounts of that. And watching a few corsairs die in Omega-5 is a daily occurrence for most of us. Be creative. If you impress us well, we might just give you that gunboat as a gift.
