Lack of Bounty Hunter bases?

Bounty Hunters need a base in Omicrons finally.
Order wouldn't tolerate Freeports for launching BHG attacks for that long.
I believe one in Alaska or Kappa would do the trick, no?

Well, it would be a bit weird for BHG to find that system and start settling before the Order does.
They are still fighting to get trough, not to conquer Omicrons.
So, they should not be in Minor, Lost or Delta.
Kappa maybe, Alaska most logical.

I think you're talking about a different Omicron lost than we are, Unseelie. Ours is the big empty pink and purple one. Freeport 7 was in a green system.
