These are the screens I posted with this report Gnotter. You can see I did indeed say something before I killed you. I told you why I was killing you, as required of me by the rules.

Anyway I have to agree that you really said something about paying you for that. So after reading your ID and a bit of the rules I agree that it's my mistake indeed but if I have threaten you that's because I thought that you break the rules not to escape from you.
I updated the links, I posted the wrong links to the images. You should be able to view them now. All I can say is that you should read the rules. The second I said I was going to kill you, you went ooRP. That isn't acceptable. I ignored it at first and tried to continue role playing with you even after I killed you, but you refused to stop ooRP threats and rule lawyering.
While it won't always prevent you from being killed, role playing with a merc or pirate gives you far more of a chance than threatening them with a sanction, not to mention it is a requirement to play here. Threatening sanctions and other such is a 100% sure way to get a merc or pirate to kill you without remorse (given the merc has a legal bounty to collect on or you've refused the pirates demands).
It seems like you like to mine so I'll give you a few tips. You only need one or two mining lasers on that Heg of yours. Make the rest combat turrets you can use to defend yourself. Slap an UAU8 on it too. While it isn't a ton of armor, it will allow you to run a bit further than you can without it. Meaning you might get back to the station to dock instead of just dying. Hire a guy to scout the area while you are mining so if a pirate or a mercenary shows up, he can tell you and you can high tail it to the station. The BHG and other various mercs would love to have the work, you just need to talk to them.
