Theseus has been fined owing to a report posted on 26/6 for:

Telling someone they will be reported if they do X, Y or Z means that you end up being the one fined. Dont threaten people with reports.
Consequences: Since you dont have enough money on your offending ship you have also lost the money on your Corsair cruiser to cover it - Sanction notice in hold.
