I am here to represent the Armored Interspace Merchants and have serveral requests, which I hope can be fulfilled under certain circumstances.
To make one fact clear: AIM members will never attack or be a threat to Liberty, we are a group of Interspace Commerce merchants which highly value defense.
Firstly I am here to request the use of the Liberty Battleship Flak Turret
Why?:
So that AIM vessels (Mainly it's flagships) can contribute to the AIM escort force at fighting off pirates. As it has an area damage which we fancy and would like to have access to.
Now for the second request "We" would like to make, I advise you to take a long time to think about this one before answering.
The request is for our foreign warships to enter Liberty house space "If" and only "If" escorting Interspace Traders.
How will it benefit not only the navy but liberty itself?:
As our "Escorts" / "Flagships" move through Liberty space we will do our best to make Liberty a safer piracy free zone, as such is our goal if you would read about us. This will reduce the strain pirates have on the Liberty Navy, as they cannot be everywhere at once.
Further Information:
I am quite well known with the Warship laws in liberty now and have read : "Permanent clearance for foreign warships to operate in the house of Liberty is not available."
But I do hope you can make an exception for the good of Liberty, so it can thrive with the supplies sent to it.
That is all for requests. AIM is open to further discussion on these matters and will most likely accept any further restrictions you would like to add to our list, if these requests are granted.

Good evening.
I will try to make this short, and won't get your hopes up. Today, one of your "escort vessels" has been sighted just next to Manhatten-orbit, on top of that firing its weapons for no appearent reason and being uncooperative to clear, simple terms.
The captain of this vessel repeatedly refused said terms, and put himself over the laws of Liberty, which is unacceptable.
Apart from that, I do not see why the AIM needs to make use of warships, such as a Zephyr Carrier, to escort their transport-ships. I do hope that you understand that we can not make an exception of this already simple paragraph of the Liberty law.
Furthermore, the captain of the above mentioned Zephyr Carrier did not seem to know the Republics laws, since he refused to leave Liberty house space at first, when he was prompted to. Thus, I do not see a reason to grant the mentioned technology, let alone a permanent permission to enter Liberty house space with foreign warships.

Today, one of our "Flagship"'s were sighted by you next to Manhatten-orbit, It also test fired into empty space after drifting there for a very long matter of time. This vessel had not read the "Hidden" laws of liberty. By mentioning "hidden", I hope Liberty can accept the fact that not every pilot has read or perhaps even found it.
The captain of this vessel questioned the said terms, never refused and began leaving the house space as soon as the vessel agreed.
Apart from that, AIM needs to make use of warships, such as a Zephyr Carrier, simply over the fact that we are fighting a "war" on piracy and need a "warship" to do so, and do not wish to supply Liberty without knowledge of being highly defended. I understand if you cannot make an exception on this very simple line of law.
Furthermore, the captain of the above mentioned Zephyr Carrier did not seem to have found the such laws of liberty. Since he left Liberty house space freely without any kind of hostilities "After his questions have been answered". Thus, I understand why permanent permission to enter Liberty house space with foreign warships can not be accepted, but I do not see why Liberty will not give the Technology needed to protect its "Own" Trading vessels.

Hello again.
Let me remind you that none of our laws are "hidden" in any way. Every paragraph of the Republics laws are visible for every being, and is highly recommended, if not mandatory to be read no matter if civillian or not.
Also, I do not see why the captain of said vessel needs to test his artillery next to Manhatten's orbit, it is not a firing range.
Lastly, ignorance is not an excuse. The captain of the above mentioned vessel did argue about my terms, as well as he did act in a hostile manner towards authorities and should read up the Republics laws in order to prevent further trouble.
I suggest using snub craft, rather than warships to escort your transport-vessels. This would safe us, and yourself a lot of hassle.

Evening to you to, again:
For the term "hidden" all I wanted to say was, you must agree that not all laws are known. Even if "hidden" in plane sight.
The captain of the current AIM "Flagship" did not argue ... he questioned about your terms ... as the laws were to him ... at that moment in time, alien to him. If he was unintelligently physiologically hostile to you in any manner, I hope that you can forgive him. Such deeds can be offensive, and I assure you all such talk was due to surprise of not being allowed a Lawful warship in Liberty space.
As for your suggestion of using snub craft. We have tired such sorts before, but it simply does not fit our ways, and often is not enough when 5 pirates are waiting on the other side of a Jump Hole.
Getting such permissions is a hassle, that I know. As to reason that I have given up on that matter. I am only hoping to get technology to defend Interspace Traders outside of liberty now, and for you to accept a Flagships clumsiness.
Also I meen no offence by this as I have little to no knowledge of how LN Operates. So I hope you don't mind me asking: Do you have authority of making such a HIGH risk decision, Captain?
Additionally please set aside any of my possibly physiologically "Hostile" messages, it is not a good example of AIM.

Hello again.
I won't repeat myself, this is the last transmission regarding this. You're in no position to question my authority, nor the authority of other Navy pilots. Furthermore, this is by no means a high "risk" decision.
The laws are clear and so is my decision, your requests are denied.

Thank you for enlightening me on my question on authority. If I am not in a position to question your authority or the authority of other such pilots, why do you have a ranking system? Do not answer that question, as it is only my thought process.
If it is not high risk, it must be low risk? If has no risk, it would be accepted. Therefore I say it is high risk, as there is a long discussion on the matter.
Thank you for being polite and answering my all of my questions with such graciousness,
AIM
