Could be balanced by some timer, maybe the more damaged/repaired/resupplied the ship, the more time it would take it to take off, just like jumpgates/jumpholes
I don't see how abusing this would qualify as being non rp.
Imagine you were in a real space battle, fighting alongside a carrier. If you take heavy damage, naturally you would want to land to repair and get more NB/SB. An enemy could counter this by simply destroying the carrier.
Dock 20 of own transports in a Zoner carrier, Get to destination and drop em out one at a time. Barge trading without the hassle of a barge!

I'm assuming that transports cannot dock with carriers/BSes and that there would be some sort of limit?
It would be a way to help out small time traders though, like a few people in dromedaries docking with a big brother BS and getting shown around like that.
