' Wrote:Lately, I've been paranoid around junkers. (being blow up without warning several time does that)
As a result, I order all Junker capships out of manhattan orbit (they should not be there) and watch them carefully...
As a result the junkers think I'm OORP and being an *** to them..
Mr. MB
you answered some of my questions well. Now being as you dont know German I will do you all the courtesy of explaining my chars names and their goals. In parenthesis is the translation of each name.
Forschung Schiff(Research Ship) - I use this ship as my exploration character and research char. Main activities include research on nomads and anything dealing with them. Also being as it is a cruiser I use it for attacks on Xeno guard pilots. I will Explore junk fields and take scrap metal samples back to Bohnholm(I think I spelled it right) and study it. Cardimine and software do not count as researchable items, however artifacts do. I realize they are illegal so if you catch me with them, and get me to stop I promise I will pay and not attack...but I transport artifacts rarely.
Hersteller(Manufacturer) - This is my mining ship, and in addition to mining mineral-rich fields that Forschung discovers and charts this char will carry things like gate/lane parts and construction machinery. Basically anything to deal with construction and manufacturing.
Kampfer(Fighter) - This is my csv II. This is the fighter char of mine, pretty self explanatory. Good chance may be smuggling.;)
I do plan on making a new ship for....ummm trading....but if this ship should ever carry illegal cargo and you catch him I would be forced to pay up because transports aren't very good against player heavy fighters and cap ships.
So this does clear some things up...Junkers do not go to Manhattan...I got that, unless navy is away.
If you can't KOS a smuggler ID for smuggling, you can't do it for a Junker either.
It should be like that.
There's no reason to kill him every time he shows up only because he did something that Junkers actually do.
Yes, Junkers actually do smuggle things.
Of course, in RP it would be a normal thing to put him on a KOS list.
But, if you don't KOS regular smugglers, why would you KOS junkers for the same thing?
If he carries smuggled goods, tell him to drop it. If he refuses kill him.
But don't kill him 30 times, he's already dead, remember?
Just forget about him/it.

It is every Corsair's responsibility to die a beautiful death in defense of Crete, regardless of how OORP or how capwhoring the opposition is. Launch your fighter, joust the battlecruisers and die a beautiful death. Then, drink it down in the bar.
well, you see on server, not everyone knows german =P
but, good to see newcomers trying to rp. and who writes posts without any caplock words, big LOLOLOL, etc.
but, as a junker, you should be ready for hostilities from lawful forces - especialyl if theyve caught you once.
' Wrote:It would seem that the forces did act in accordance with their protocols. Since you didn't comply with the matter of the contraband in your hold they marked you a smuggler and a non-compliant one at that.
However, should you make contact with a member of the [SA] you can request to pay your outstanding fine and begin procedures to redeem yourself as much as possible.
We do this sort of thing, really.
Turkish ... do you think you can do something about me being banned from Liberty (again). I hope you remember our discussions regarding me showing loyalty to Liberty. My mercenary (an independent) is not one of those run-amuk independents David is speaking of. Baltar would prefer to just offer escort services. But since you've taken a leave of absence, Kress has torn down what we have built up. For the past 2 weeks, Baltar's ship has been in drydock (without possibility of employment) on planet Leeds. I have not been able to RP him in the role he was intended because of the SA ban on ALL mercenaries (other than M and JG). I'm afraid my role play suffers the same fate as David's. I cannot role play my mercenary the way I intended him from the beginning because of the insanity going on in Liberty. You and I agreed I would be allowed to operate in Liberty based on my RP post on the forums and on the condition I behaved myself. I've kept my side of this ... why am I being punished?

A large part of this did stem from LSF Goliath killing me for smuggling artifacts and then my coming back later and seeing players there that didn't know I had died. I would not have gone to Manhattan had I known I was still on their black list.
Is there a place on each clans area that says who is kos, or on police lists as to who has been caught or killed?
