[font=Fixedsys]Myartificial self sends greetings as warm as cold metal replacing flesh and circuitry instead of veins can allow. Obviously you are not being contacted to get chills running down your spine as my artificial self holds you gently in a cold embrace. Instead the 'I' is present here as the chosen Hellfire Legion representative in order to inform you that given the current political instability as well as the ongoing war between the Bundesrepublik Rheinland and the Republic of Liberty, the Hellfire Legion potentially wishes to extend its military operations into the solar systems Bering and Hudson. The Legion is interested in said conflict continuing in order to take advantage of the political and military instability, and my artificial self is certain that this should be obvious to your biological selves by now.
Part of the intended ways to take advantage of the situation involves the aforementioned extension of military operations into both systems, as they are of very high strategic importance in the ongoing conflict.
The Legion intends to use the Vespucci - Hudson corridor for moving military assets in and out of both systems as necessary, as permitted by the [color=#FFFF77]former agreement between your organization's representative, Bernd Schuster, and former Executive Commander Duncan Voss.
My artificial self is hereby stating that the aforementioned expansion of military operations is still in the planning stage and not a thing has yet been finalized. The Legion is looking forward to discuss potentially mutual benefits of further extended cooperation between the Arbeitergewerkschaft's Unioner Department both on a strategic as well as tactical level.
Should your biological selves be interested in such, the Legion would welcome an amicable discussion to take place between both parties in order to ensure mutual benefits and potentially expanded relations between both organizations.
It's good to see that the Legion looks forward to continue this mutually beneficial agreement. I'm also a bit surprised, happily that is, that we're sharing the same strategy in the war - don't pick a side and wear off both sides in the war. Keeping both sides in a lock has proven beneficial for our business and survival and we would gladly keep it that way.
We're ready to discuss the benefits of this new deal - right now more then a few things for this new agreement come to mind, but I would first like to hear your side on this. What exactly are your plans for this future cooperation and how big do you plan this assault on both sides to be?
[font=Fixedsys]M[color=#FFCC66]yartificial self welcomes your biological self's prompt response. The 'I' appreciates your reassurance about our shared strategical approach to the ongoing conflict, "not picking a side and wear off both sides in the war" as your biological self put it bluntly.
As such the Legion is planning to deploy a small hunter-killer task-force into the two systems, most certainly under the command of acting Executive Commander Cristina Valeria Hunter. Ideally the Legion wishes to utilize Pacifica as the base of said force's operations. The task-force would be comprised of the Battleship Incursus and the Siege Cruisers Damocles and Excalibur, as well as accompanying strike-craft as necessary. Due to the geographical location my artificial self deems Pacifica and Bering as the most ideal ground to stage attacks of opportunity from, as operating from Bering will bring the least possible attention to the Vespucci - Hudson corridor and thusly prevent its existence from becoming known to any potential hostiles.
Naturally strike-craft can keep a low profile and be moved from one corner of Legion-controlled battle-space to the other on a whim but that is not so much a possibility at all times when it comes to capital assets, the Legion's being high-priority targets for Liberty's Navy. With Pacifica serving as a save haven for the task-force we can reduce the chances of our capital assets being detected and intercepted prematurely to a minimum my artificial self deems more than tolerable given our most destructive intentions.
Of course the Legion would ideally prefer to form a pact that would enable both organizations to support one another not just on a strategic level, and mostly indirectly so like per the previous agreement, but also more flexibly and directly on a tactical one.
As skilled and reliable craftsmen the Unioners as a whole have already by far exceeded our initial expectations as per the former agreement with what your men and women who frequent and reside on Monterrey base continue to accomplish for the Legion in terms of space-craft development, maintenance and construction. The Legion would be highly interested in you exceeding our expectations as native Rheinlanders as well by providing direct strategic aid with the opening of Pacifica to our task-force, tactical aid in combat engagements as well as navigational aid in those two systems as my artificial self is certain of you having a vaster knowledge of the environment etcetera than the Legion does.
My artificial self has to state here that whatever pact or agreement your biological selves might or might not form with the Legion would of course be a separate one or an addition to the still-existing and older agreement. The latter has served both organizations well to this date and the 'I' does not see any changes to it being necessary.
Of course should we come that far, the Legion as well as my artificial self are aware of your organization's limited combat assets as well as distinctive lack of capital assets, and the Legion is of course offering to aid the Arbeitergewerkschaft's Unioner Department in the defense of Bering and Pacifica with the task-force should it become necessary, however given the covert nature of the installation and the Asteroid Field further inhibiting hostile large-scale movement my artificial self does not see any future need for that arising, as the Legion does not wish to draw undue attention to any of your assets in the system more than how it will expectedly happen should the task-force be stationed there.
My artificial self would welcome your biological self to state what moreso the Unioner Department would wish to acquire in turn.
Indeed, should your plan ever get into action we will update your Task Force with all the information regarding Hudson and Bering, that including jumphole information, known lawful patrol routes and some other points of interest. If needed, I'm sure we would also be able to spare enough scout forces to ensure that the moving of those big assets of yours becomes as smooth as possible.
As for Pacifica base... We would gladly share one of the two docking bays with the Task Force, each including a separate entrance from space, for smoother running of your snubcraft forces. Of course this brings us to the slightly problematic thing - as you may not know, Pacifica base is a carved out asteroid, a shell into a field full of asteroids. Thus, we would not be able to house your bigger ships. For that we could only offer mooring services, the same our flagship has. Though I'm sure the same field would be more then enough to hide any capital ship signatures from lawful scanners, after all our base is still standing, isn't it?
On terms about combat assistance and aid, I'm sure that we would be more then glad to assist Hellfire forces in beneficial skirmishes versus both the Liberty Navy and the Rheinwehr. Of course with that it would be natural to request that the Legion would do the same. If your forces keep a cool head and don't take nationality over rational logic on the battlefield, I'm sure ours would be more then able to do the same. Our days with the Revolutionaries are over, we no longer feel any need to protect the same House that labels us terrorists. But, let's not drift into history lessons - we would also gladly share any information on the Rheinwehr's fleets that we may acquire, just as our older agreement dictated, I'm sure you'll keep your part on that as well.
Of course, we, the Unioners, would also ask the Legion for a few things in return. Just to make sure our business runs smoothly, of course. One of the most important things would be to respect our methods, we're nothing pretty to the public and we don't try to hide it. We will continue to raid civilian convoys and possibly cause slaughter of individuals some label "innocent". It's how we have survived for over a hundred years and we don't plan to change that. So, I would like to request that your Task Force keeps a blind eye to our side interactions with the civilians passing around the embargo zone. We would continue to respect our old agreement about giving Libertonian convoys a chance to return home, but if they refuse, I don't want your forces working against us.
That being the main thing, I also have a few secondary concerns - our smuggling business is one of it. We would like to ensure that our smugglers are given green lights whenever passing by your forces. With slaves we already have a deal with you, but I would also like to make sure any Blood Diamonds or Artifact shipment also passes safely.
[font=Fixedsys]M[color=#FFCC66]yartificial self approves of the laid-out terms on behalf of the Hellfire Legion. Your biological selves need not worry about the Legion taking nationality over rationality any time. The terms regarding "combat assistance and aid" we agree upon.
Furthermore the 'I' as well as the Legion High Command fully understand that the methods you employ in your doing are certainly destructive and "not pretty", and there should be no single issue arising from that. All-in-all the Legion will respect your methods, and my artificial self is certain that you as well will respect the Legion's.
Likewise the Legion High Command has no interests in interfering in your Artifact or Blood Diamond smuggling endeavors. Both commodities are, even if branded contraband in some areas of Sirius, harmless as such and no threat to any human being, unlike the Cardamine substance. In our collective eyes they are not commodities worth deeming illegal, and I am certain that your biological self understands that even if they were we are a military force, not some house's corrupt police organization, nor are we politicians. As long as the previous agreement regarding slaves stands there will be no problems coming from our end of this unholy alliance. When it comes to "keeping a blind eye" regarding other acts of mild terrorism, extortion or piracy, there is one concern.
While the Legion does not under any circumstances wish to interfere in your interactions with non-Libertonian corporate or independent merchant vessels or the like, my artificial self requests that as long as a Legion operation is ongoing, the Unioner Department will refrain from acts of extortion or piracy in the immediate vicinity of Legion forces.
The 'I' requests that on behalf of both our organizations. While we will "turn a blind eye" to it should we happen to witness it, it would be highly appreciated if your organization didn't engage in excessive acts of the aforementioned kind while our forces are present. It will minimize chances of bad blood arising between both our organizations as well as minimize chances of one or the other individual doing things they simply shouldn't. My artificial self is certain that it does not have to specify here.
Secondly, and of higher importance to us, the aforementioned acts not taking place in the vicinity of Legion assets while the latter are present on the battlefield would allow us to simply focus on our designated task at hand. As my artificial self stated before, the Legion plans to deploy a hunter-killer task-force. We are not planning to expand into Bering and Hudson in order to "police" the sectors. We wish to go there to assault targets of opportunity belonging to the Rheinland Military and Liberty Navy as they appear and as we see fit. No more and no less.
Of course all the terms of the previous agreement still stand, that goes without question.
It's good to know that you acknowledge and respect that our two organisations have different methods. Like wise we will respect your request to avoid doing our less-pleasant acts around Legionaries and thus avoid any bad blood, as you mentioned.
As well as that, I would like to ask that Unioner forces would be notified of any planned Hellfire strikes, same way we would notify yours, in hopes that our joint operations would bare more fruit, in destroying the hostile units we encounter in our shared systems of interest. That being the Bering and Hudson systems as well as the Rheinland controlled Hamburg system and the Libertonian Texas system.
If there's nothing more to add then I believe we have ourselves a deal!
[font=Fixedsys]M[color=#FFCC66]yartificial self has forwarded the message to Legion High Command. We do indeed "have a deal" with your biological selves and acknowledge as well as accept all laid-out terms and conditions.
For coordination of tactical assets for raiding operations and similar my artificial self asks you to refer to acting Executive Commander Cristina Valeria Hunter directly, as her biological self will be in charge of the deployed task-force as well as the coordination of Legion assets in the solar systems Bering, Hudson and Texas.
However my artificial self must notify you here that currently the Legion has no plans of operating in Hamburg. Whether the Legion will or not is yet to be decided. In case of emergency or if a supreme opportunity for assault or interdiction of high-value hostile targets is present, the Executive Commander has full authority to dictate a temporary change in doctrine as her biological self sees fit.

Executive Commander Hunter here, first of all I'd like to thank you for allowing us to fight alongside your forces against our common enemies and so far we were able to score some victories.
However, I'm contacting you on this channel to inform you that we have decided to add the Hamburg system into this operation. Additional forces, including the SAD wing, are already on their way.
It's good to hear that you've managed to spare enough pilots for a force big enough to participate in operations in the Hamburg system. It'll sure be useful, considering the usual battleground had moved souther, near the recently captured Battleship "Westfalen", a Rheinland toy that never managed to self destruct before capture.
We'll make sure to brief your pilots about Hamburg and it's surroundings upon their arrival at Pacifica, as well as update their navigational maps with all jumpholes and points of interest in Hamburg.
