I would like to inform you of a suspicious vessel snooping around Texas.
This Rheinland warship seemed rather interested in our convoy, our cargo of 11800 copper ore and made us feel extremely uneasy. It did not attempt to communicate with us, but aggressively followed us through Texas, appeared to capture a number of images and then left the way it entered the area.
It was not flying Rheinland colours and Liberty forces did not seem interested in the fact that a Rheinland Gunboat was harassing civilian shipping right outside Houston. Which would probably indicate a corrupted IFF of some description, which only makes this ship all that more unnerving.
I do not wish to issue further complaint at this individual, but as a sign of goodwill towards the house of Liberty I have enclosed evidence pertaining to this breach of Liberty law, to use as you see fit.
As this is a personal report, I would request that my anonymity is preserved if possible, and would stipulate that ICMG is not involved with this complaint.

Derek O'Connell;
First of all, sorry for the delay. Your transmission seemed to have slipped in under the radar, to coin an old turn of phrase. Luckily, sifting through the backlog has it's uses.
Thankyou for providing us with that image. Even if the pilot of the ship did nothing wrong, that ship is not legal within our borders at this time. Given that he is also clearly a member of Republican Shipping's security division, it looks very much like a cargo interdictor of some kind. We've been getting more and more of those lately, using that ship as their first choice.
As such, I will be issuing the necessary paperwork to have him permanently removed from the Republic. He shouldn't even be here anyway, given the state of war between their house and ours.
